Refund policy

Return Policy

Shipped Orders: Our return policy allows 14 days from the date you receive your item to mail your return.  Your package must be postmarked within that 14-day window. 

In-Store Purchases & Pick-Up Orders: Returns must be made within 5 days of purchasing for a full refund.  Items returned up to 21 days are eligible for store credit.  Items cannot be returned after 21 days.  

Online Sale Items: All items purchased at a discount or marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. 

TO START A RETURN:

  1. Please email us at orders@luluandboboutique.com to begin the return process and ensure your merchandise is eligible to be returned.
  2. Please send your returns to:  LULU + BO Boutique, 105 Godwin Ave, Unit 21, Midland Park, NJ 07432
  3. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on returns.  Returns can also be made in store if you are local.

Refunds

Once we have received your package, if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  Refunds can only be made to the original payment method.  LULU + BO reserves the right to deny any return if the merchandise does not comply with our Returns & Exchanges policy.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@luluandboboutique.com.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like bathing suits and undergarments. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.  

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
