Pretty cotton mini shirtdress. This style features a shirt collar and button-down front placket, ¾ length balloon sleeves with encased elastic at the openings, a fitted smocking at the back waist, and an attached belt with a D-ring buckle and a full A-line mini skirt. There are intricate pintucks and contrasting trim on the bodice sleeves, and bottom skirt flounce.
